Appointment Attendance Responsibility Policy

At Murray Street Dental Practice, appointment reminders (such as SMS or email) are provided as a courtesy only. They are not guaranteed. It remains the responsibility of the patient to remember their appointment date and time, to attend punctually, and to contact the practice if they need to cancel or rearrange. Failure to send or receive a reminder does not transfer responsibility to the practice for missed appointments.
